I offer a variety of classes, workshops and meetups to women wishing to reduce stress, find meaning, and live a holistic lifestyle. Although nutrition is a big part of our daily lives; I combine my experience and knowledge of Nutrition, Detoxification/Cleansing, Reiki, Reflexology, Meditation, Qigong, Aromatherapy, Guided Imagery, Yoga, and Holistic Lifestyle techniques as well as my life experiences in self-discovery, self awareness and my pursuit of a happy, healthy, holistic lifestyle.
